Our lead investigator, David Hoover, spent many years investigating drug crimes for a police department.  He has also worked in an undercover capacity purchasing drugs.  Mr. Hoover knows the signs of a drug user, and is a Drug Recognition Expert, meaning he is an expert in the signs of a person under the influence of narcotics.  He has also attended extensive training on drug identification.  Mr. Hoover can do surface testing for the presence of narcotics, as well as test individuals.  Please see our HELPFUL LINKS & BOOKS section for more information on drugs, and our PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS BACKGROUND section for Mr. Hoover's experience and training.
