Mr. Hoover had been assigned to multiple multi-jurisdictional law enforcement task forces throughout his career.  He is also a member of ASIS International, where he previously held the position of Law Enforcement Liaison.  He currently is a member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists and the National Council of Investigative and Security Services.  These have enabled him to make extensive contacts with investigators in both the private and public sector across the United States and beyond.  He has worked in over 30 states.
